Guilt is a very common emotional reaction of caregivers and does not only occur when the question of placement is considered

Feelings of guilt can arise before at-home care becomes an issue.

Guilt is a destructive emotion that one often associates with anxiety, depression, unhappiness and remorse, and eventually lowered self-esteem.

This workshop aims to help caregivers better identify the factors that can cause feelings of guilt.

It will also provide strategies for understanding and overcoming feelings of guilt.
